Turnaround Time

At our dental laboratory, turnaround time is one of the most important factors we focus on to support dentists and their patients. We know that fast, reliable delivery of restorations and appliances leads to smoother appointments, fewer adjustments, and happier patients.

What Does Turnaround Time Mean in Dentistry?

Turnaround time refers to how long it takes from the moment we receive your case—whether a digital scan or physical impression—until the completed restoration is shipped back to your practice.

Typical Turnaround Times

  • Diagnostic models, bleaching trays, and night guards: 1–3 working days

  • Crowns, bridges, veneers, and inlays/onlays: 7–10 working days

  • Removable dentures and partials: 10–14 working days

  • Implant restorations and complex cases: 12–15 working days

We also offer rush services when you need a quicker delivery.

Factors That Influence Turnaround Time

  • The type of restoration or appliance

  • Choice of materials (ceramics, zirconia, metal frameworks, etc.)

  • Case complexity and design requirements

  • Digital vs. traditional workflows

Why Our Turnaround Time Works for You

  • Consistency – predictable scheduling for your patients

  • Efficiency – reduced chairside time and adjustments

  • Flexibility – rush cases available on request

By combining advanced CAD/CAM technology, skilled technicians, and streamlined processes, we ensure turnaround times that meet your needs without compromising on quality.
